Disliked: The plugs are too far from the bed. A light was stuck on constantly struggled to sleep, no switch for it (next to mirror)

Liked: The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service by dedicating their time to ensure that I received excellent assistance.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned thoroughly. False eyelashes were found between the drawers and the bed. Hair was present on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, necessitating rinsing before use. The room lacked a personal touch.

Liked: The pool opening times for children were brilliant.Everyone was really helpful and friendly
Disliked: The rooms were a little tired which I think affected the cleanliness but I was advised they are being refurbished so we will be back for sure !

Disliked: The noice in the hall way at 3am in the morning people talking loud and noice of doors banging from other guest coming in and out of room had my 2 small children up crying from the noice and the room was so hot turned the heating of also still really hot witch was unsettling went to open the window in the room and they was mould in the corner of the window witch wasent very nice to see

Liked: I loved how you get the option to check yourself in if you don’t like talking to new people, also how affordable the gym and pool is. I loved how spacious the rooms are also!
Disliked: The only thing I would say, and it really is the only thing, possibly the price of the bar and grill, it would have been lovely to sit and relax there as of an evening however the cost was quite significant
