Liked: Hi i was not happy with a special night at your hotel i booked for wife we were awake all night scratching and when stripped linen during night we were appalled what we seen duvet was major stained and mattress protector also it was filthy i have photos if you want to see i dont believe you charged me £247 for this i would not stay in this filth again

Liked: It's a little out of the city, but an easy walk into the center or the West End. It makes for a quiet stay.
