We love this hotel, perfect...

Liked: Great location, really good pub/restaurant on site and also pool with sauna and steam room which was included. Bed is huge and comfy and massive tv. Room service was quick and the foods so good.
Disliked: Only down side was the pillows. Not big enough. We were sitting in bed watching telly and the provide no support. The bed also pushes away from the wall, leaving a gap

Liked: Location was great for our trip this time , we went to a concert at the OVO and have evening reservations at a another venue close by , We did take the car this time and the free parking at the weekends was a bonus
Disliked: the hotel was very busy and there was only one lift , the staff in the coffee shop were not very friendly and did not seem to care but the coffee was good.
