Liked: The staff were very helpful during our stay, advising on places to eat and helping us book taxis. The pool & leisure facilities were great, very clean, inviting and easy use. It was much appreciated during a very busy working trip.
Disliked: The self check in on arrival was very confusing and time consuming for a group booking. After a few hours of travel and meetings we were all very keen to get to our rooms, and as mentioned above the process was drawn out and time consuming.

Liked: Location , staff and facilities were excellent .
Disliked: The bath tubs need shower mats….. the tub was extremely slippy and I suffered a heavy fall cracking my head and injuring my back , hip and legs. This was reported to staff on leaving the hotel. It was the only downside of an otherwise excellent experience.

Liked: Always use this hotel when coming to concerts and outings in Cardiff it’s our go to hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms always clean

Liked: Breakfast was delicious as was our evening meal in the Pub & Grill. All of the staff are so friendly as well and nothing is too much trouble.
Disliked: The bacon at breakfast was quite fatty, and the coffee machine wasn’t working.
