Nice hotel with good facilities

Liked: Room was a little cold and was on the small side for a double room. Overall the hotel was very good and will stay there again
Disliked: Having to pay to use the gym and the car park.

Muddy dirty mushrooms are very...

Disliked: Room smelt of smokeDinner in the restaurant was very small portion and over priced, desert was made with the cheapest ingredients and again overpriced. Breakfast had a fair selection however, the mushrooms weren’t cleaned and we both unfortunately realised we were eating clumps of dirt with mushrooms. The tomatoes were very challenging ( not a sentence I’ve never said before, or likely ever again) to cut into as they weren’t cooked, they could have been used as a drum, the interesting noise that my fork made whilst being bounced off the tomato, clearly unwilling to be eaten. The plates to eat off were cold, which isn’t great. I like food and breakfast making me feel sad and dismayed looking at muddy mushrooms, concrete tomatoes and nasty sausages is a new experience for me. I didn’t like it.

Disliked: Parking costs during the week, even though you’re a guest. It’s not clear if it costs or not when you book mid week.
