Liked: No sleep as placed by a very busy road , sirens going off throughout the night followed with traffic and Lorrys Stayed as no hot water at home and honestly should have stayed at home in the cold.Gutted as think the hotel is amazing in all aspects, yet the one room I stayed in was a let down Spoke to the lady in the morning and was offered a free night stay, but no e-mail or record of me being upset Hence my response, sorry I’ve email to share this , Glen
