very unhelpful staff customer service...
Disliked: reception staff are basically non existent due to self check in computers. when you get a hold of someone they will help you if needed but give yoo the impression its a hassle for them also any questions asked where replied with vague answers. poor customer service

Liked: Staff super friendly and helpful, the gym and pool is quality. Restaurant was fabulous and the grounds are stunning especially on the drive way in at nighttime and there are so many little bunnies hopping around.
Disliked: Only thing that would make it a 10/10 and not a 9/10 would be to install aircon, a fan was provided but it was far too warm.

lovely place need to consider...
Liked: location very close to my work. if for leisure, would be the best choice.
Disliked: I am a solo worker was looking for comfortability to get good sleep, my room location 212 was on the swimming pool so could hear every water splash, but slept because was very tired. 6:30 am woke up due to guests in the pool.

Little break in blackpool
Liked: My hotel was in the most beautiful surroundingsWe found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly
Disliked: Not really a complaint but i would have liked a chair in the room so we didn't have to sit on the bed Had to stand up to dry my hair in the mirror however hair dryer was exceptional for a hotel

Good value for basic room...
Liked: Good sized clean room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: Seemed a more stripped back experience from my last stay. No chair in room and everything was an add on. Never paid for parking there before. That said I was given the parking as complementary but didn?t realise this and panicked I would get a fine. All sorted with a call to the hotel once I received my invoice. Food was poor, ordered room service and the burger and chips was average and came without salt and vinegar. Bar prices also high but I guess that is just a sign of the times!
