Lovely stay, definitely will book...

Liked: Staff was lovely and really helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Location was very good
Disliked: That we only stayed one night. We should have stayed longer

Don't stay here unless you...

Liked: Modern decor and staff friendliness.
Disliked: Room was simply too hot: I know everyone says that's just how it is in Britain, but actually it's not, we stayed in two other hotels on the way to Walsall and they were airconditioned for same price. The attempt to cool the room with a fan was inadequate (too small) and the windows didn't open more than a few inches AND no water in the room, which is unforgiveable!The bed had the thinnest most unsupportive mattress I have encountered in a long time, again in comparison to similarly priced hotels on the same trip the Village came up way short. My back pain took two days to subside unfortunately.Breakfast finishing at 9-00 am may be okay for commercial travellers, but we were on holiday and by 8-45 when we arrived the food presentation was shabby and depleted.

Reasonable hotel

Liked: Good facilities nice pool
Disliked: Air conditioning everywhere except rooms which were unbelievably hot. Breakfast was very average with watered down juices which were actually unpleasant.
