Great place to stay -...

Liked: The staff are superb and make the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble from booking a table to get a good seat to watch the football, to finding my AirPods when I left them in my room when leaving. Big thank you Josh and Ethan and the lady on reception on the morning of 18th April. You're all lifesavers! Also the big shower was superb.
Disliked: The venue was quite cold overall, especially the bar. I had a word with reception and they asked the bar team to adjust it so no problem. The room was also a little cold. Also no water glass in the room - just small things really.

Not great value for money

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Our room was dirty and the bathtub too. Room was dusty.floor and chair had stains.Breakfast wasn’t great. We waited over 30mins for warm milk. Our table has used mugs
