Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful polite and kind I think her name was Linda on reception she was brilliant at helping us with booking in booking out and sorting the parking room was clean quiet and very comfy
Disliked: Nothing it was all brilliant

Relaxed excellent stay

Liked: The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable the shower was amazing.
Disliked: I would have loved to use the hot tub in the facilities but you get people who get in and never come out. I think it's best if it's monitored or controlled so others can have a chance to use all facilities.

Disappointing

Disliked: The quilt was badly stained with what looked like blood when we stripped the bed on leaving
