only had one night there on a trip to cheltenham races! rooms excellent! comfy friendly bar area, lovely breakfast!!!!!hope to be on the same trip next yearxx

A good overnight stay and...

Liked: The room was a good size and clean, plenty of choice for breakfast.
Disliked: We didn't like the having to check ourself in and getting from the room back to reception was a bit of a rabbit warren. Clearer signs to lifts would help.

Really recommend, nice stay for...

Liked: Very friendly staff, especially a staff member named Harvey she helped me and my partner when checking in. The facilities were clean and also wide variety of equipment in the gym, sauna room, stream room, swimming pool (which was not to cold), hot tub these were really nice additions to this hotel, you can go as many times as you like to use the facilities. We stayed sunday-monday which the facilities were open until 9pm instead of 8pm, then opened at 6am, so we was able to use the pool both days!! Towels are also available for rooms but also when using pool they offer you a towel. The changing rooms was kept clean, lockers available and showers.
Disliked: The rooms were quite hot, we did bring a mini fan which did help. Hopefully In cooler weather times when we next stay it will be not as hot in the room.

Liked: The breakfast was nice but not much choice for vegetarians
Disliked: When I found broken glass on a dinner plate

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Was a little disappointed the staff didn't remind me we had pre booked and then could have saved on our dinner 😕 spent over £120 on dinner when we actually had a discount which i had booked a wile before and obviously forgetting about. Would have been nice at check in for the reminder 🙃

Disappointing

Liked: Lift was broken and we came with disabled kid and my mum had back problem so we supposed use stairs not happy and fun was broken room was very hot
Disliked: Rooms was clean 👌

Disliked: Room too hot.Breakfast overpriced.Seems to be being run as a gym and events venue that offers rooms rather than a relaxing place to stay.
