only had one night there on a trip to cheltenham races! rooms excellent! comfy friendly bar area, lovely breakfast!!!!!hope to be on the same trip next yearxx

Liked: The room was nice. The bed very comfortable I slept well. Having teas in my room is a nice touch.
Disliked: The staff was not that friendly or warm. Not quick to help. Could do with customer service training or attend a refresher course.

Money worth

Liked: Clean and tidy.
Disliked: Just need fridges in the rooms as some guests might travelled with medications that requires to be kept in cold storage.

Amazing!

Liked: Stayed here three times now and as a family love it, from fabulous facilities, great food and drink options to friendly staff.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything.

Really great stay !

Liked: The comfiest bed ! Really comfortable nights sleep. I loved the body wash/ shampoo in the room which was ESPA. Staff are friendly and helpful2 locks on the hotel door so felt safe
Disliked: No faults at all !
