only had one night there on a trip to cheltenham races! rooms excellent! comfy friendly bar area, lovely breakfast!!!!!hope to be on the same trip next yearxx

Comfortable and great leisure facilities

Liked: Room and leisure facilities
Disliked: Breakfast. We attended breakfast at 10am and the hot food had run out apart from mushrooms. It was not replenished until people complained at 10.30am.

Such a horrible stay

Liked: Pool
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty on arrival and room was dusty then on mention to staff we were put in another room which was smaller and the toilet wasn’t flushing

Liked: Parking space was excellent.Receptionist was very welcoming.
Disliked: The restaurant staff were not very welcoming.They looked stressed on Sunday morning, NOT too sure why???Run out of baked beans for breakfast the time I got to serve mine.

Really good over night stay

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, Starbucks located inside and bar was good.
Disliked: Room was boiling hot, even with the windows open. We weren’t the only guests to mention this to reception
