Nice staff, clean room, bad...

Disliked: We had quite a large party, none of us had satisfactory bathroom facilities. bath's not able to be filled, having to try and use a handheld shower as the tub wouldn't fill. My hot water kept running out after 2 minutes so I gave up. All 9 of us had issues with the bathroom specifically the baths or showers. the toilets were fine.

The one place I am...

Liked: Original style and interior design.
Disliked: They pretend to have 4⭐️, but in fact they are a 2-star hotel. They do not have a restaurant, a swimming pool and/or a spa, as they should for 4 stars. Now the worst part is that the hotel is falling apart and they don’t even have a maintenance crew on site. Our AC was flooding the room for our 3 nights stay and no-one cared. On the second day - the door handle also broke and remained in my hand. Also - no body cared, despite our reminders every-time we passed the reception. Oh, yes. And the minibar was also out of order. Despite all their “care”, they charge you €100 guarantee in case you brake something on your stay. With my Genius + booking account, I thought this practice is long gone since Booking.com can intervene in situations for hotel claims. Anyway, I tried to give a rating as much realistic as possible.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is ok
Disliked: We were “upgraded” to the best room in the hotel. It looks old and ugly honestly. Like maybe it was trendy 100 years ago. There is a large bathtub ( nice ) but almost no hot water, you can barely fill a tenth of the bath. And forget about taking a nice shower the cord is simply too short. Does not deserve 4 stars. 3 at best
