Very nice, but we enjoyed...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. We enjoyed the cleanliness, charm and beauty of the property. It was very quiet in the evening after 10 pm.
Disliked: There was too much texting communication. We much prefer interacting with the staff. Our stay could have been more fun and friendly-it's Palm Springs! Everyone at the pool was glued to their phones, what happened to guests interacting with each other?-one of the joys of traveling! The deadbolt on the door was odd and confusing as if it was in the wrong position the key card didn't work. The bed was soft and lumpy in our pool king room, we had a much better quality, firmer mattress during our last stay in a suite. Sadly the food and drinks were pricey. We wanted to enjoy the Del Rey but the drinks were just too expensive.

Liked: Such a great hotel! Best one we’ve stayed at in years. Rooms were clean and spacious, grounds were well kept, staff was extremely friendly and huge plus for us was no carpet in the rooms!! We will definitely be going back
