Liked: Wonderfully charming hotel, incredibly helpful and warm owner - my room was large and airy, with coffee facilities in the room and everything I could possibly want. The breakfast was perfect and there is a stunning terrace.

Liked: Lovely Victorian hotel. Very comfortable room, with a great view of the Solent. Margaret and her staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and do that little bit more than most. It really is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay somewhere with a personal touch.
Disliked: Nothing.

Heaven by the sea

Liked: It is an amazing property, you felt like you were invited for the weekend and not a guest, Margaret is lovely and you can sit in her huge double lounge overlooking the sea and help yourself to the honest bar. The breakfast was fab and excellent can't wait to come back.

Liked: The Villa Rothsay is a unique boutique hotel in Cowes steeped in sailing history, it has been family owned and run for decades. The character, position, service and breakfast are all first class. A gem and amongst our favourites.

I'd gladly stay here again.

Liked: Colleagues were really nice and welcoming and helped with places to eat in the area. Breakfast was really good. the Room I stayed in was fantastic with a brilliant view and bathroom was really nice. The place was spotless and the Room facilities were really good too.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was abit slow.
