Liked: I liked that it was close in town. Very close to the spa across the street. Very quiet and good sleeping.
Disliked: No problems, would come back

Liked: Quiet, clean and great staff.
Disliked: Bed was beyond uncomfortable, bathroom was very small. "Breakfast" was a joke! Nothing hot, pre-packaged pastries.

Friendly staff, family owned, great...

Liked: Fantastic location! Short walk to the main part of town and shopping. Across the street to the free bus that will take you to the Pikes Peak Cog Rail or the Incline. Staff was friendly, room was large, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple. Packaged pastries or oatmeal, juice and coffee. But it was included.Booking directly through the hotel would have saved me a little money and the parking fee but it was still a great deal.

Liked: Room was nice. Had mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Property was well maintained. Good location! Within walking distance to historic downtown. Quick, easy access to many area attractions and several Hwy systems.
Disliked: I found a carpet beetle in the bed. It was dead but it still made me nervous that there could be other bugs. I did a thorough mattress check and didn't find anything else. The front office is only staffed from 7:00am-9:00pm. Any other time there was a phone number posted on the door for you to call if you need something. Tipping the housekeeping staff is strongly encouraged but housekeeping services are only provided every three days. We had to pay an additional amount for a parking pass to park at the place we were already paying to stay at.
