Lovely hotel and worth returning...

Liked: Very good restaurant for dinner. Comfortable room, but overlooking entrance to hotel, so some noise from there. Lovely garden area and pools to be used during the season. Was sorry not to try the spa!
Disliked: Construction work was taking place on the hotel entrance driveway so that was noisy and intrusive. Breakfast was disappointing on second morning as items had been finished and not replenished. Bathroom door was squeaking and needed oil!

Nice for one night stop

Liked: We had beautiful view from our room and the hotel was a nice stop for 1 night during our travels. We enjoyed the spa that was included and made the most of it. We stayed for 1 night on March the 20th so it was very quiet in the hotel, of course no pool or beach so perhaps we didn't get the whole experience the hotel has to offer. The host/waitor at the restaurant was fantastic (!) and although it was very quite and we were one of 2 tables at the restaurant during our stay he really made it so much fun and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately we didn't get his name, but please look at our date and pass the compliment to him.
Disliked: The facilities were quite outdated, the hotel definitely needs some renovations as it did not look as fresh and clean as the images do. During March all of the hotels we booked were quite a good price but this was one of our most expensive nights of 9, but definitely far from being the best one.

A superb hotel in all...

Liked: The friendliness of all the staff at both reception and in the bar and restaurant. The grounds are super - peaceful and tranquil and the pool is lovely
Disliked: Nothing!
