Lovely place that was easy...

Liked: Perfect location, lovely room, warm staff that greeted us and helped with things we didn't even know we needed help with! The bed was very comfortable--firm and clean.
Disliked: The shower was small, like couldn't turn around without turning it off or changing the temperature. We are both slender and struggled. Great water pressure and clean--that is the point.

Very Nice area

Liked: Ok breakfast. But a little Sad place in the basement. No emergency exit.
Disliked: There is No fire exit. We stayed in 6 floor. Only one stars Down. What if there is a fire in these stairs?

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. Close to many things but less touristy. Many nice bakeries and places to eat in walking distance.
Disliked: We had no AC in our room and it was very uncomfortable. The staff did not do anything to address it except give us a fan. There were no washcloths provided or top sheet on the bed. The mini fridge was also broken.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was great and in a charming room
Disliked: The description said air conditioning and the room never cooled down and it also was described as two twin beds, that was not the case, it was a double bed and sofa bed.

My stay was generally good

Liked: The location was very good, but the room was small. Chair and related were so small. The bathroom was good.
Disliked: The chair and table were so small, difficult to work with PC. Moreover, the breakfast was the same every day.

Superb

Liked: Super nice and helpful staff. great area and very clean room. I was able to store my luggage after the check out. the staff greeted me everytime in my swiss language which was a cute gesture. I had very noisy neighbors that were screaming and talking so loudly until morning 1, when I told the staff about it they actually did try to solve it.
Disliked: Don't forget to bring a toothbrush and conditioner since they don't offer that. Also keep in mind that the showers are very small. im 175 tall and 80kg and I barley could move in the shower.

Disliked: The bathroom needs a renovation, specially the shower which had some mold.

Fine on a budget

Liked: Great location and the room itself was fair size.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny and the shower was covered in black mould.Most of the staff were good, but when checking out I received some terrible service. The staff need better hospitality training
