A great place to stay...
Liked: The hotel is ideally located for exploring Bath on foot. It is a short walk to the centre of Bath for touring and for dining. The hotel is a charming small hotel run by a great staff team. Definitely include breakfast - the food and coffee combined with the friendliness of the staff make a great start to the day.

Disappointing
Liked: Nothing l was at the Roseate a few years ago and it is nothing like how it was which was really lovely, the staff and the atmosphere were amazing, it is not a 5 star now , our bed was never changed for 3 nights no dressing gown no slippers and no little touches like a 5 star l thought l had the same room that l had last time but it wasn’t and to pay £880 for just a room and £60 for parking is too much l got confused how they advertised the room which was one of the biggest but it wasn’t so disappointing also it had a strange smell when we walked into the room its a good job we had windows that opened
Disliked: Everything

Brilliant stay. Would definitely use...
Liked: Location is excellent for walking to the centre. Service is friendly and attentive.Room was large and bed comfortable. Shower motor was a little loud but no problem. No problem with arriving back late from a wedding. Staff were quick to answer the door and welcome us.
Disliked: A reduction in the price of parking. £20 a night was steep after hotel fees.

A very relaxing break and...
Liked: Room was spacious and clean with a lovely outlook over the garden. Bed was made each day and towels replaced. There is a park just the other side of the road which is nice to walk round and the area is quiet with very little traffic noise. It was very convenient to walk into the city centre (about 10 minutes from the hotel) and plenty of places to eat lunch/evening meal. The hotel has its own car park which has spaces for residents at a charge of £20 per day. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room with a good menu choice - continental or full English breakfast - tea, coffee, fruit juice and a variety of smoothie shots served each morning by attentive staff.
