Great experience, look forward to...
Liked: Fantastic Customer Experience - from the moment I arrived, night time staff and at the point of leaving they were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking should be integrated into the booking rather than separate and on a first come basis - a deal should be done with a local car park to extend parking capacity. Additionally £20 a night is a lot and should be cheaper especially when compared to other hotel car parks.

Very good
Liked: Rooms were of a decent quality, bathroom seemed pretty new. Nice quiet location and only 5 min walk to pulteney bridge.
Disliked: Had a room at the front of the property with no black out blinds/curtains in the bedroom, got awoken pretty early by the sun. Also as other reviewers have said the parking charge, they do state that you will be charged £20 for parking but it does seem very expensive considering how much you pay a night for a room and that we parked somewhere else in bath for 6+ hours for less than a 4 quid

Liked: The staff were all excellent
Disliked: The room we were in had old timber shutters that did not close correctly as some were broken. The toilet did not flush properly.

Superb
Liked: Friendly staff, delicious food and drink - Served by friendly and enthusiastic staff and the same for breakfast. Lovely dinner cooked by the chef and my highlight the Tropical popsicle cocktail. Breakfast on both days delicious and plentiful.

Nice hotel, good proximity to...
Liked: Lovely hotel in good location.
Disliked: Room quite small, only a double bed not king size and the rooms were very warm at night. The hotel had a small car park which you have to pay £20 per night which was in my opinion is taking the mick! Plus we wanted a nightcap from the bar and they called last orders at 22:45! I would expect a little more leeway for residents when paying over £200 a night!
