Liked: Nothing but the staff was helpful.
Disliked: Nothing like the pictures posted online. There was a small table top room heater. The furnishings were old and worn out. Very small room with no floor space. I felt like I was in a third world country. Circuit breaker flipped. Needs some serious updating. The room is not sufficient for a double bed or two twin beds. Not worth any amount of money. Big gap at the bottom of door. Smelled dirty.

Liked: Very good hotel with wonderful staff, very good location, near metro and bus stops. wonderful stay in the wonderful city 💗
Disliked: heating system need renovation, it’s old hotel, but it’s very clean. everyone can book without any doubt, recommended. Breakfast is the same everyday, but it’s enough, only you need go there early in the morning, little later you can stay without bread or eggs😁

A great find

Liked: Great location near to buses and metro. We had a big balcony with our room on the 7th floor, the fact that we could have a hot bath after a long day of sightseeing was much needed. The staff were great, friendly and willing to help with advice, even the loan of an umbrella
Disliked: I felt the hotel was a bit tired looking, more so rooms than common areas. Needs renovation, but everything else was fab, so I could look past that.

Liked: friendly staff, excellent location. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: From the pictures you could tell that the hotel is long overdue for an upgrade but I didn't expect the upholsteryand carpet to be stained and dirty. Beds were ok, very clean sheets and the bathroom was clean but it didn't feel like we were staying in a clean room. Heating system in the room was a space heater that we didn't use bc it seemed too dangerous to me. If they ever remodel and provide new rooms I would come back but not as is.
