Liked: This property is too high. The man that works there is rude and the rooms are nasty. He had a nerve to charge $160 when I had already booked it online.
Disliked: It’s nasty they need to clean it. They need better staff. The man is rude and he’s too high. He had a nerves to overcharge. When I already have booked it online.

Strange stay. No wifi. Knocking...

Liked: The sign says free WiFi and jucuzzi. There was no WiFi or jucuzzi
Disliked: No WiFi. Asking for cash for a deposit

Liked: Good location for SoFi / Forum events.
Disliked: AFTER PAYING FOR THE ROOM, The man who worked in the office asked k me for a $100 cash room deposit and refused to put it on my card. II told him I was not aware that I needed to have cash and he kept insisting. Then he said that, I had booked a smoking room and that I should be grateful that he was going to give me a Non- Smoking. He continued to ask for 100 00 cash When I told him I wanted him to sign a written statement [ written on back of my receipt - it's a "lawyer thing"] that he received 100.00 cash & I would be given my cash back when I checked out, he refused to sign it! Then, the room was not clean- it had uncleaned marks all over the doors and graffiti on the furniture and on the bathroom door.

Liked: I liked that the mattress was surprisingly comfortable.
Disliked: Everything else. They first put us in the dirtiest stinkiest room ever. The guy in the office was rude and unbearable. They give you the thinnest pillows in the world. Nothing is updated, everything is old af. Graffiti on the doors, broken curtains, just a mess.
