Great location, lacking adequate AC

Liked: Great location, the hotel room was huge and offered plenty of space for our family, the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working, and they were unable to resolve it during our visit. The most frustrating part was that they said that this is a common occurrence this time of year as the air conditioning switches into a summer mode... I was also advised that I would receive 10% off my stay, which I have not received

Disliked: Very unfriendly receptionist, not accommodating and disrespectful...didn't feel comfortable. Even if the hotel is next to the trade fair, there are better hotels to go to.

Friendly staff, nice room, and...

Liked: I loved the location and the large room. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The shower was nice and the windows blocked out a lot of the city noise and light. We were also able to find our way to public transport without any difficulties. The hotel also respected my wish to be on the ground floor.
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working very well, but it was still comfortable in the room and we could go without it.
