Liked: Great location.
Disliked: We were woken up by the staff because they needed to check something in the bathroom. We booked for two people but only got one set of towels, we asked for an extra but still had to go downstairs and get it. We also asked for a extra duvet but did not get any.

Liked: Staff, location and cleanliness
Disliked: It was a small room for two people, expecting a balcony for the city view as I requested it looking at the advertisement photos. However, the behavior of the staff, cleanliness and location make my stay acceptable.

I enjoyed this hotel and...

Liked: Location was great. It was in a quieter neighbourhood with close proximity to the métro, grocery store and bars/restaurants. Staff are very friendly and they accommodated an earlier check in for me.
Disliked: Directly beside the hotel, literally attached a building is undergoing a renovation. The noise from the drilling and banging is constant. If you are looking to have a quiet afternoon or to take rest this will be impossible. Understanding that this is out of the hotel’s control it was still bothersome.
