Liked: The VIEWS from our room were spectacular! Loved walking to the beach - accross the street and easy access to dinning/shopping/bus/train.
Disliked: Walking up the stairs with our luggage.

Liked: Close to the beach
Disliked: Smell, no parking, looked old and used. Bathroom was horrible.

Passable

Liked: The location. Across the street from the beach and down the street from restaurants.
Disliked: Outdated interior, lobby closed at night so you have to enter the building from another entrance a few buildings over.

Disappointing

Liked: The location of the hotel on the famous "Promenade des Anglais" with direct access to the beach is perfect. The main host was friendly and helpful. Having a parking space made our life easier.
Disliked: The price is extremely high considering how rudimentary the room was, even considering the ideal location of the hotel.
