Liked: The owner was very helpful and a super nice person.
Disliked: I was in A basement room with no natural light. Don?t get me wrong, it was very comfortable, just I?d have preferred a higher room.

Beautiful rooms, lovely home, great...
Liked: Location was great. Wonderful breakfasts cooked by Cathy & Patricia. One morning omelets & waffles, another fried potatoes & quiche. The kitchen was open to guests for coffee, tea (great selection), juices and sandwiches.
Disliked: The rude host Cathy: the host disrespected us, treated us like 2nd class, lack of awareness or understanding of our basic needs. We pulled up in front to unload our bags & she came out & told us to move, guests were coming. We said we were also guests checking in (I had given our arrival time). When I tried the gate it was locked, she said she had emailed a code the day before. Reprimanded me for not reading her latest email. During a recent phone call she hadn't mentioned it.On registering she said we needed to move the car & I asked where was parking (which we paid extra for) she said she saved a spot for her other guest. I mentioned we also paid for a spot & then she agreed to let us park. We said we were in a hurry to check in due to the timing of an event we were to attend. She just kept talking & visiting with other guests, oblivious our our need to check in, change & go. Next morning at breakfast she mentioned to all in the room, we were the guests that were always rushing. I explained why (to the other guests) & she cut me off, (complete with hand gestures) then ignored us to visit with the other guests. We had better customer service at the Greek Restaurant Athenian Room down the block. In fairness, she was friendly when we checked out.
