Liked: It's a great building and location is great. Rooms a little on the small size considering price. Staff are friendly but need to be a bit more efficient. The reception area doesn't quite work for me. It's a great atrium though it acts as a bar/restaurant/check in and waiting area for luggage and taxi drivers. It's a little chaotic in my view and a better experience could be thought out. Thanks to the team, it's a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. 6/7 out of ten. A few improvements could be made for the prices being charged.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, with a solid range of options of great quality- the bread was fantastic
Disliked: Not really the hotels fault but I had booked via Booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children. Because my name appeared on both rooms I had to pay an extra fee for the children.

Worst hotel experience

Liked: The location was the only good thingThe bakery in the hotel
Disliked: - smell of pee that never goes in the bathroom- the rooms are so small in comparison to how much we paid-They try to give us a small room not what we paid for. And we when we went back to the reception. They tried to justify it with silly reasons.-The road service is terrible, the food is not good. - They don’t answer the room calls.. and when they do its rude.-make sure to pack only the smallest bag … the rooms are really small-the hotel doesn’t have an actual entrance where the taxi can stop and drop your bags. He dropped us on the road facing the hotel, and we had to push many bags and luggage with no help on the street.-never going to stay here again.-the bathtub eats away half the bathroom its a waste
