Exceptional

Liked: We were awed by the property. Sadly, we were in Los Angeles for my mother’s funeral. However, Villa Brasil offered us a moment of escape and beauty. The atmosphere was calming, the setting delightful and colorful. Even the vegetation was beautiful. We loved the simplicity of the room as well. The whole experience was inviting and friendly. Thank you to everyone who made it so. We are definitely coming back and recommending Villa Brasil to everyone traveling to Los Angeles.

Ended up being transported to...

Liked: Absolutely everything! We had no idea we were booking an experience. The motel was beautifully decorated with such care. Landscaping was gorgeous. Relaxing music could be softly heard in the parkinglot. The service was excellent. The room was clean and conveniently had a kitchenette with the works(coffee, soda, fruit and candy). Parking was easy.The cafe attached to the motel was absolutely delicious.
Disliked: We should have gotten two rooms since we are each used to sleeping on a queen bed on our own. No option for two beds in one room.

Home away from home

Liked: We love this quirky little gem. We have stayed there 5 or 6 times.... Love the bright colors, luxurious plantings in the courtyard... The little table outside the room... And the little dinette inside. It feels like home away from home.

Exactly the stay we needed,...

Liked: Everything was so clean, and the staff was so helpful. I needed an iron and they had one, we could check in early, there was always a parking spot, we had no issues with the space at all.
Disliked: The only very small complain I could find is that the shower could have been more powerful. Otherwise, truly nothing wrong!

Great stay in Los Angeles

Liked: The vibe from the second you arrive, to the first host encounter and the entire stay will lead me to give a 10 for this property. The location is great, safe and close to Venice. Also, the free parking in front of the room is a huge plus for this city. I would definitely stay again here in the future.
