Relaxing/quiet oasis 2 block from...

Liked: Beautiful old-fashioned complex converted from Franciscan community: large ornate room, restaurant in attached open air garden, plus pool past that, affordable parking in entry to complex
Disliked: Shower pressure lower at night

Great value and excellent service

Liked: Great location. Very clean. Great service. Salvador (Chava), Edgar, Mr. Jesus, Mr. Mac all made our stay special and helped us so much. Felt very safe. Recommend for sure
Disliked: Our only complaint was the American was very limited. For example, adding vegetables to an omelette cost more.

Charming hotel in the historic...

Liked: Interesting architecture, close to everything. Large room with very comfortable beds and a large terrace. The breakfast was well presented and better than most hotels.Staff were friendly and helpful. They organized a driver to take us to the Xochicalco Ruins.
Disliked: The pool was a bir run down, with little space to sit. They kept the water temperature very warm, so the pool was best enjoyed in the evening.

Liked: Big room (junior suite). Good location.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Breakfast very simple and waiters not very friendly.

Liked: A very pretty place, the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Easy location for the historical part of town

Nice Stay

Liked: Cute traditional decor. Nice staff. Good breakfast in a nice inner patio downstairs. Comfortable beds. Lovely sitting area upstairs.
Disliked: The king room and the double queen room are really nice. But the double twin room is laid out in a strange configuration. Room is long and narrow, so the beds are by necessity head to head along the long wall. Check the pictures.
