Liked: The location was perfect—central and close to everything, with a fantastic cafe right around the corner. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location is great. Walking distance to Bastille and to Place des Vosges / MaraisMetro stop right there as wellGood places to eat within a few minutes walkThe hotel is very quiet. The bed was comfortable . The room / bathrooms was very clean The staff is very nice No issues there !
Disliked: Its more like a 3 stars than a 4 stars advertised and looks better in the photosBulky furniture in the room makes it difficult to move around . No room needs a desk that big with an oversized armchair that does not fit. ( and a bench as well lol ) That was ridiculous. We were able to store the bench in the clothes closet Booking.com advertises king size roomsThere are no king size beds ! The A/ C was not working in our room which made it hard to have a good night sleep unfortunately

Liked: Really good and fast communication prior to arrival Good size modern bathroom CleanFriendly staffWonderful location. Laid back with nice restaurants and cafes.
Disliked: The room was very small for a wheelchairThere are items in the fridge but no price so it's not clear they are chargeable. You have to pay100 euro deposit but it wasn't made clear on check in that's what it was for

Disliked: I have requested for a small bed arrangement to be done if possible. They were nice to do it, but then gave me a bill at the end for it without even asking me whether it's ok to proceed with a payment.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is in a very good location, quite central and with lots of nice little restaurants and cafes very close by. The breakfast was lovely and the person in charge took care of my special dietary requirements.

Lovely oasis in the heart...

Liked: Why eat a buffet in a hotel in the Marais... walk outside and there are excellent breakfast spots all over the place. the hotel is nice. Its classic, got an old fashioned vibe, but not dilapidated. Very supportive staff, comfy room, fully equipped, parking garage was a struggle with our big SUV but was nice to have it right at the hotel as we were road tripping and had lots of gear to organise. bed was super comfy and the location is perfect.
Disliked: no complaints on this one. We discussed upfront if it had a spa, but once we were there we realised even if there was one, we wouldn’t have used it - there is too much to do outside.
