Liked: Staff was very helpful. Loved gardens, particularly our "private garden". Restaurant terrace was very attractive.
Disliked: Room amenities could use updating. But we were comfortable.

Beautiful property, amazing food, nice...

Liked: Delightful waterfront unit, amazing breakfast, good value meals with fresh food from garden highlight of stay. Fresh produce wonderful. Near national park for kayaking.Parking was included; premium price but for a premium property highlighted by kitchen. This was a memorable stop on our trip - we went to Dordrecht only to visit this property and plan to do so again in the future. A unique experience highly recommend.Waterfront was largely quiet in evening and beautiful. Bed very nice. More spacious than anticipated.
Disliked: Water unit does not have AC and not screened so dependent on weather. Warned by other reviews about heat we shortened to one day stay and wish we could have stayed longer.Would be nice to have way to secure windows open and screen for insects.

Excellent, thoroughly recommend.

Liked: Family room (just the 2 of us) with huge double bed has its own decking area for relaxing in the sunshine (not in main building) with lovely view of the beautifully maintained vegetable garden. Restaurant 1 minute walk with good menu. Really quiet at night as 20 minute walk from centre of town. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Although breakfast was good at 18 Euros each it needed to be!

Liked: Beautiful location, looking out on the gardens, great old building with the modern comforts. Loved the decor of my room. Very comfy beds and clean crisp sheets. So nice to walk over to the restuarant, we always wanted to do this. Nice to walk into the city the next morning for a shopping trip and enjoy the beautiful architecture in Dordrecht.
