Liked: Staff very accommodating. Even brought granddaughter's shoes we had left in the old room.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms due to burst pipe under vanity sink.

The receptionist was very pleasant and even let us check in early because the event started at 3 pm. I would most definitely stay again. Very close to downtown.

Disliked: Not very cozy for staying more than a night. Shower needs a door, the curtain comes in towards the water. The property felt dirty with trash and the stank of smokers. Dead bug in breakfast room.

Liked: I liked that it was centrally located. You offered free breakfast, i think but we didn't take it. I also thought it was cool that the trolly picked up at the pool. I also liked that you had an ice machine
Disliked: the only issue I had other than the office not allowing me to use my spouse's credit card was the fact that there was an attic door in my shower ceiling and when the toilet was flushed at night the water didn't come back up in the bowl and I didn't know and the whole room filled with methane gas in the middle of the night. I had to open the door and try to air it out, but it wasn't safe to leave the door open for too long at 3am.
