Lovely

Liked: A 20-minute walk from the centre, which made the hotel nice and quiet. There are a few nice places to eat nearby too.Our room had a balcony so we could watch the boats go by. It was also a great suntrap.Loved it.
Disliked: With some tlc to the surrounding area, this place will be 100% perfect.

Stay closer to the central...

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Too far out & the booked taxi driver charged me an extra 4 euros on top of the 30 we were told to pay. No tissue in the room & the bed was not particularly comfortable

Good place to stay in...

Liked: The rooms were nice and the breakfast excellent. The staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We could not have dinner there as we had not booked beforehand.

Disliked: Breakfast was a disaster. Not enough staff and hot food poorly delivered and cold.

Pleasant stay at the Porto...

Liked: I enjoyed the River view from my room. The breakfast spread was more than expected. Food was hot and placement was attractive.
Disliked: I didn’t appreciate waiting for someone to unlock the front doors at 06:30 to get out - do the doors unlock automatically in a fire? What if there was an active shooter in the building?
