Great location to shops; just 10 minutes up the road to a huge shopping centre and plenty of places to eat. Parking and friendly service; helpful staff at check in and out; no issues. Would stay again.
Liked: It had secure parking; the rooms were small but perfect for a night or two; convenient to walk to the ABBA Arena (20 minutes); the room had a comfy bed and even a fridge; the bathroom had a shower and everything was spot on for the price; would highly recommend for a no frills stay; breakfast was good, help yourself to as much as you like - can not fault it.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and checked us in early as we arrived. The shower products were fabulous and the food was reasonably priced and was top restaurant quality. It's a fun quirky hotel with table football, board games and a great vibe.
Liked: The food and the shower products.

Was ok, no aircon
Liked: Was ok with the parking and the location for what we wanted to do. Greeted by a few people so didn’t know who was in charge
Disliked: Was not aloud to go into the main hotel itself and was just given a room outside of the hotel itself. So couldn’t have a breakfast in the morning. Room was ok but with marks on walls and on the door. The fan in the room was not working on the hottest weekend. So could not sleep most of the night

Very convenient for an overnight...
Liked: We skipped breakfast to get on the road. The staff were very friendly. I was able to park my car before check in as I'd arrived early, they even let me use the bathroom which I really appreciated after a 3 hour journey. The room was spacious and clean, the fan was super - especially in theheatwave, very appreciated. The hotel was quiet, despite being full. The location is great, with good links into central London as well as places to eat and conveniance stores nearby. It's not luxuary, but good value for money for overnight stays. We've stayed here before and would book again.
Disliked: The water pressure is always a little poor, but understandable being a hotel.

Liked: Free parking Separate entrance close to the car.
Disliked: The ground floor room with windows on the side where people were smoking and bins were under the window so we closed the window despite heat inside to avoid unexpected guests like rats.No AC and it was hot. The fan could only mix the air, but was also not great for night as it's too loud.The fridge was actually a freezer, as it froze the bananas we had and water was ice.Beds were springy, not comfy.

Room was full of BED...
Liked: We were fully refunded, which I appreciate.
Disliked: I was considering to write this review for a long time, but due to the approach of the hotel, I decided to publish it. We booked for 3 nights, but after first night we had to leave, because the room was full of BED BUGS! And considering the fact, that when we wanted to leave, we were refunded without any hesitation or surprise, I am affraid, that the stuff actually knew before, and still accommodate us, which I find awful. Although one of the staff actually later admitted the problem, when I wrote to the hotel manager, he denied the presence of the bed bugs, even when I prodvided the evidence (there were some bed bugs on the trap, and I was bitten on so many places on my body, see photos). Therefore I fear, that the correcting measurement will not be taken. I am quite understanding person, and I know, that sometimes it's not even the fault of the hotel, and the bed bugs could be introduced by some guests. But I would expect very thorough approach after finding out this problem. If the manager would assure me, that they will arrange disinfection immediately, I would not wirte this publicly. But as this was not this case, I would like to warn other guests.
