Liked: The room was perfect the staff were excellent and the fact that the lift didn't break down this time made a great difference the food was great as usual the entertainment was good but the comedy material hasn't really changed in a few years bud buddy Lee is still a good compere and comedian but our break was still value for money
Disliked: Did not dislike anything in particular

Exceptional

Although I've described the negatives,...

Liked: Breakfast and evening meal always consistently good. Entertainment always good but very predictable, we've been several times to viking as we know what to expect and location is excellent.
Disliked: Our room 105 looked clean on first observation but there were few dirty marks on walls plus a large squashed fly at eye level on wall which we cleaned up. Drawer hanging off , the decor and furniture are very dated and tired, desperately needs refurbishment. Worst was the smell in bathroom, sewerage, urine smell which was overpowering the shower room which was tiny.

First time at the viking...

Liked: Came with my mum who's 90.. so for me, I enjoyed the whole stay... for mum, Limited stairs, big bedroom, warm..
Disliked: For me.. daft lift... you do a list of cooked food on the hot counter but you don't on the desserts.. so had to ask every evening, what they were.. easily sorted.. for my mum, she was not a fan of the entertainment and no bingo...

Liked: Fantastic food and entertainment,great value for money especially the all inclusive
Disliked: Beds were not the best for my back prefer a harder mattress and only 1 small lift
