Liked: Great location, clean room and lobby
Disliked: No enough water provided. Not in the room and not even when I asked while I was in a meeting. Not enough toileteries either.

Beware - Poor Customer Support

Liked: Location was excellent. and the hotel has recently been upgraded but not everything works, and the staff did not know how to remedy.
Disliked: We paid for a 4 star hotel experience and received 2 star. When we checked in, we immediately reported that our room AC was not operating. Current onsite staff could not fix so we had 1 night of no AC - and Paris was very hot. In the morning, we reported it again and still nobody could fix. We requested complementary breakfast and was denied. The morning reception person showed no interest in helping us.As we had only 1 free day in Paris, we went out for breakfast and touring. Later afternoon when we returned, the AC was working because a new staff member knew how to set it up. We were offered an "upgraded room" but as the AC was functional, and the upgrade was minimal, we chose not to move. We did request some compensation for no AC on 1 of the 3 nights - apparently ignored/denied.

Great location but overpriced and...

Liked: LocationStaffGood sized bathroom and powerful shower.
Disliked: Very small, dark & poky room - we couldn't really open curtains or window in bathroom as overlooked by other buidings on all sides. No drawers to put things in. Towels in bathroom very thin and no facecloths or bathrobes provided. I'd class as a 3 star and not a 4 star.
