Charming property in amazing location

Liked: The location was fantastic and the property itself is well done. The staff was courteous and the breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The AC in the room was not very strong, and it was blowing from the ceiling directly down to your face as you lay in bed, and that felt uncomfortable. The room is also very small without enough room to spread out luggage beyond one carryon suitcase.

Liked: Great location in the heart of Lisbon. A beautiful hotel with such a rich history. Great restaurant and a courtyard for drinks. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We will be back!

A great place to stay...

Liked: Centrally located on a pedestrian street. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were large and soft. We really liked the lounge area as a place to unwind after sightseeing. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Room was a bit small.

Disliked: Infused water was hidden behind front desk. Would be nice if tea time were longer offered hot drinks and some snacks

Lovely splurge hotel.

Liked: The location was in the heart of of busy Lisbon. But the indoor patio area was a quiet oasis. I didn’t hear any street noise.The King room on the 5th floor was small but adequate with a lovely view. This was definitely a luxury hotel. The bed linens were beautiful, turn down service nightly was also lovely. The front staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Loved it.
