Highly recommend

Liked: Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice variety on breakfast buffet. Great central courtyard for drinks / nibbles. Convenient location - easy access to metro train station and easy access to meeting place for many tours. No vehicular access to front door so need to grab uber around the corner.
Disliked: Only positive likes about the property

Liked: Staff really good, smells amazing, clean rooms Attention to detail - chocolate every night and treats on last day left in the room was lovely

Highly recommended hotel in a...

Liked: Although in a very central location, as other guests have mentioned, you wouldn’t know it once inside. Very quiet, staff were excellent and rooms were well soundproofed from the outside and other rooms.
Disliked: Strangely, the bathroom had blackout blinds, but bedroom didn’t.

Stay was excellent.

Liked: The history of the building was very interesting.
Disliked: The bar was not stocked for a number of drinks which we saw on the cocktail menu. These included the Pomelo and Bellini. This was very disappointing!
