Really nice location and a...

Liked: Everything was fine, large room with a perfect view over the City. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to public transport, 5-9 minutes by tram to Flinders station.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better, more varieties on cheese and meat. It was a three star hotel breakfast.
