Gutted a spent a lot...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Some of the staff were very rude! When checking in there was a gentleman who was very rude and obnoxious, and has no people skills.We drove from Adelaide (took us 11 hours )All we wanted was an early night and a good sleep for our 3 days there.On the first night there in the room next to us there was a party with young kids. From 9pm- 2am loud screaming, bangs, music , shouting.We rang the front desk 4 times!!! And they were no help at all. It actually rouined our family holiday to Melbourne.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Great deal included buffet breakfast, car parking. Hop Garden was a nice bar for drinking with friends. We will be back.

Liked: Comfortable big room, excellent food, pillows, staff very helpful and friendly
Disliked: I can only think of the bathroom ceiling, had some mould.
