Liked: Location was great, the staff were amazing especially at the breakfast buffet, and the room was exactly what we needed.

Very average

Liked: Location wasn't bad, close to the valley. Decent view. Buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Cupboards broken, bed was blocking one side of the Cupboards from opening where the fridge and cutlery were. Desk lamp broken. Spa was full of foam and not hot. Overpriced for what it is.

Superb

Liked: The booking experience was very good, special request was not a problem. Friendly staff. Love the view from the Vista rooms, it's like waking up on a boat.

A Room With a View

Liked: Loved the art books available to read in the lobby sitting area.
Disliked: The bar did not open due to staffing shortfalls. That is one of the main reasons I booked there.

It was very lovely and...

Liked: Every thing was good the view of the river - I am actually from Queensland and whilst I live in Sydney, I love coming back I have school friends', family and other friends, so I am both fortunate and grateful for the life I lead.
Disliked: Wallpaper - probably wouldn't like to have a hangover - fortunately I have learnt my lesson regarding that!!!!!!
