Disliked: The first impression lasts.We arrived by 16:30 to check in, and we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our room, which is absolutely disappointing from such a chain without offering any complimentary extra as apology

We did not like the...

Disliked: We did not like the service of the hotel, the staff were ignorant, our rooms felt like we were in a prison, we did not feel welcomed at all, from morning until night we could not sleep. There were no options on booking.com to choose better rooms. We had the worst experience staying in this hotel, I highly recommend you do not stay in this hotel. thank you.
