Liked: Friendly staff,Clean and tidy

Comfortable, fair price, okay location,...

Liked: Rooms were big, pool was great. Location was okay, convenient for arriving by bus. Room had a fridge. There is free parking down the street.
Disliked: The air conditioning was very weak.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool which was exceptionally cleanRoom was good Staff friendly and welcoming- could not do enough to help
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but a few more choices would be welcome

Good place to stay

Liked: It was close to the Ernst Happel stadium for a gig that night. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and clean. Room had a nice temperature considering it was really hot that day
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my room was at the top of the stairs and early in the morning were kids playing on the stairs and shouting, as well as the adults also congregating outside my door instead of in one of their rooms

Liked: Lovely hotel near underground stn.nice pool area.staff we're really nice..breakfast was lovely... rooms were quiet and very clean..
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities in room...only a velux window in room no view out to outside

Liked: Reception staff needs to learn some manners, seemed like guests are not welcome to the hotel. In the mornings housekeeping needs to work more quietly, seemed like they were putting the furniture up and down at 7am. Bad sound isolation.
