Exceptional

Liked: Great location, 8 min walk to Stephanplatz. Parking available behind the hotel. Good food at breakfast and a big variety. Very very clean hotel, all staff from reception, valet and cleaning very helpful and friendly. Cozy rooms.
Disliked: The Cafe staff were a bit weird but We only went there once, the rest of the staff was very nice.

Really good

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walking distante from the city centre.The gym is excellent, you can find all the machines and they have another area where you can do your own exercises.Is very clean and quite comfortable.I also had a massage and it was very nice, the staff are wonderful.
Disliked: The room we had was not too big but was quite comfortable.The pool is good but was extremely busy, there were many kids jumping, we even had to witness a guy fighting with kids and it was not very comfortable. They could probably control access since the pool are is quite small.
