Liked: Location is good close to many attractions
Disliked: The hotel is very old and not well maintained, there were stains on the carpet and the furniture looked old, and this does not represent a five star hotel. I booked three rooms for two nights, and on the first night I woke up to construction works I believe it was very close by and it felt like living in a construction site. They did upgrade one of the rooms; however, I did not come for two nights to move in twice, and they did not solve it for the rest of the rooms. It was very bad and I did not really enjoy my stay.

Disliked: The room has 4 persons limit, if you have a 3 months old baby as 5th person, you have to buy a second room as their policy which they sold me a second room since we are 5 but we didn’t know this at reservation time

Disliked: At the reception during check-in two of the receptionist are free and they didn’t call me for my turn till I told the lady it’s my turn for check in, the door card is not working and I came in down to the reception to fix and program it three times which is time consuming
