Superb

Excellent option for city stop

Liked: Easy to get too even from the highway, comfortable beds, clean and large bathrooms, quiet rooms, excellent breakfast. Indoor secure garage and easy to park. All for reasonable price. It was great for us as stopover and we stayed before as well.

Solid hotel choice

Liked: Wonderful, helpful, and generally very nice staff – the receptionists and cleaning ladies! Nice, clean, well-sized rooms. Short walk to the city center and right across the brewery.
Disliked: The water pressure on the 5th floor needs to be improved, plus the water changes temperature every second, so you're showering in freezing/normal/boiling water all at once. I didn't like that the mattress material is squeaky, so it's noisy when you're turning at night.

Superb

Liked: Tasty food, location, cleanliness
Disliked: Noise, closing doors in other rooms very heard

Short but sweet

Liked: The staff was amazing - congratulations and thank you.The location was perfect.

Right choice

Liked: Breakfast, reception staff, the window's good sound insulation
Disliked: The room's interior lighting is not optimal.

Everything you want from a...

Liked: The staff are friendly, warm and efficient; the location is convenient for the main train station and only a short walk to the gorgeous city centre (Pilsner brewery and brewery museum are literally across the road - and those are a must for any tourist!). Comfortable and clean rooms and a great breakfast selection. We stayed in an executive room and got a welcome drink of our choice in the lovely hotel bar too. Will have a look at staying here again when we are next time in Plzen
