Liked: Location and clean
Disliked: Check out 11:00 am, no water, no tea and coffee inside the room, no allowed to sit in the lobby with my gust, some reception people don’t like to help and always showing they are busy in computer

Liked: Staff once I arrived, facilities, location and breakfast
Disliked: While in the US I requested to leave luggage there before check in. I was told not possible. Everything was different after I actually arrived early at the hotel

Liked: Location is excellent . Close to shops, restaurants and transportStaff was polite and very efficient and helpful
Disliked: Although the room was well appointed- 2 aspects require attention: There is no kettleto make tea and no coffee makerAlso - the couch requires replacement- upholstery old and worn.
