Superb

Liked: Big and easy parking in front of hotel. Close to 2 shopping centers.
Disliked: Coffee paper caps to take out from the breakfast.

Good Stay

Liked: The location was great, within walking distance of key spots. The breakfast was good, and everything was clean.
Disliked: The check-in staff member was great. He was really friendly and helpful, even at 2:00 AM. However, the restaurant and reception staff were less welcoming. A simple hello was often ignored, which was a bit disappointing for a hospitality business.

Nice stay not too far...

Liked: Very good location, easy access by car, not a far walk to the Rynek and many restaurants. Comfortable room, very quiet. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: No complaints

Great room and breakfast, but...

Liked: We were able to check in early, which was great. The family room was really spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected – definitely above average. There was a kids’ play area downstairs, and my 5-year-old daughter especially loved it!
Disliked: There were slippers in the room, but other than that, the bathroom amenities were quite basic – just a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser and a combined shampoo/shower gel bottle in the shower. Also, the typical hotel-style hairdryer in the bathroom might not be powerful enough, especially if you have long hair. I’d recommend bringing your own
