Great location - aircon needed

Liked: Great location and very helpful staff.
Disliked: No airconditioning so the room was very hot. There was a fan but only means circulating the same hot air. Opening the window was the option but early starting construction work spoiled that.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the croissants and coffee in the morning. The room was reasonable spacious and comfortable. It's close to public transportation.
Disliked: Some of the fixtures had a cheap feel, especially in the shower. The water would suddenly vary from warm to very hot, which was not good.

Pleasant stay !

Liked: It has been a great stay at Sorat Hotel, Berlin! The personnel are kind, friendly, helpful and cooperative. There's a special 'staff', named 'Julius', she is soooo adorable! I requested early check-in and it was considered.
