Liked: Location was superb, with the train/tram within minutes walking distance. Shops right next to the hotel. Room was as expected after the photo's online. Comfort levels high. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing. Facilities, location, staff and price were exactly as expected. No down sides to staying at this hotel.

Liked: Very happy with the stay. Rooms were clean, bed super comfortable, staff very friendly.. If we come back again to Berlin we will choose the same place.

Liked: The location is good, not so far from the city center, which is easily reached by tram. Friendly staff, clean room, tasty breakfast with different options. Love it here and will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: I was not informed that cleaning service was available every two days (first time ever that I experienced that)The whole stay there there was no WiFi available…High price for the type of service

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions as it is close to where our daughter and her family live and also easy to travel from the airport on the train to Landsberger Allee.
Disliked: I think there used to be tea and coffee making facilities in the room but not this time?
