Liked: We liked the politeness of the staff at the reception, the cleanliness, the quality of food at breakfast and the many options offered, the location - just next to the central station, the mall and a few minutes walk from the old town..

A place I would recommend...

Liked: Ideal location a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were new refurbished and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff were friendly. Hotel had a nice bar and also provided a private gym and sauna for free.

Liked: Good breakfast with mixed selection of local and general dishes, good seating and nice areas, and early opening hours; perfect location beside the Galeria Krakowska shopping mall for any needs, and the main square and other attractions nearby; clean and spacious room with large windows and natural sunlight; friendly and helpful staff who were accommodating and gave great recommendations

Liked: Excellent location. 3 mins access from main train station. 5 mins walk to historic area.
Disliked: Excellent breakfast menu but group tourists occupied the restaurant and cannot take breakfast comfortably.
