Disliked: The location wasn’t great , nowhere near the city centre . Booked a double room and ended up with 2 single duvets on the bed . Shower door didn’t close properly probably because the seal was broken . No plug in the bathroom sink either . I was very unhappy and all I got was an apology nothing else . I paid quite a lot of money to come and stay here but never again thankfully .

Disliked: I chose a room based on the photos and what was available in the room. I needed a refrigerator. The room description said it was available. As a result, when I arrived I was put in a room without a refrigerator, with a terrible view. I was told at the front desk that the rooms were different from what was in the photo. Maybe then it is necessary to specify actual photos of rooms? Also in the room was not even a glass for water. For two days nobody brought it to me, although I informed the staff about it. With such an attitude to customers Hotel is definitely not worth it to return there. Apparently this place only appreciates those who choose super expensive rooms.
