Liked: Great breakfast, clean room, nice city view from top floors, great connected by tram to the city center.

Disliked: Broken aircon in the building when it was 30 degrees, was so hot and humid in my room it is difficult to sleep. my room was also missing a bathroom door, i was visiting with a friend who was staying in another room and they had to go back to their room to use the bathroom when we did a movie night

Liked: The entrance lobby is very spacious with a self-service shop and bar/restaurant. Room was clean, good facilities and everything you need. It is a great location with s-bahn and tram right outside.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work. Room was very hot and the weather was around 25 degrees outside during my stay. Staff said they moved me to the back of the hotel out of direct sunlight which I imagine helped a little but then meant the view wasn’t great! Staff said it was to be fixed shortly. I assumed this meant during my duration of stay, however, looking at other reviews, it seems it is a long term problem and it has been broken for a long time (or they just don’t have any).

Liked: The room and lobby and available snacks to buy overnight.
Disliked: The staff was not able to accommodate me a room earlier than 3pm EVEN THOUGH I messaged the hotel before my arrival and they said they would try. I arrived at 9 am and staff told me to try at 12 noon. At 12, they told me to check at 1pm. At 1 PM, they told me to check in at 2pm. At 2 pm they said 3pm. I was literally sitting miserable in the lobby for 6 hours waiting after traveling for 22 freakin hours. Not okay. ALSO, the air conditioner worked like a FAN and not an a/c. False advertising. Not okay either. Room was hot as hell.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel after...

Liked: I enjoyed the healthy breakfast and the relaxing messages and the help I got from the reception was very useful
Disliked: What can be improved are the cleaning schedule.. if I set a day and hour for the room to be clean I expect it to be keped .. also the information from the reception need to be unified .. I got emails that were invalid and just when it failed I got the correct one .. also I was told the room was cleaned and found the bed the same. ... Next the sky bar is a bit dark.. personal preference I need a bit more light and the sky kitchen I was hold I needed to reverve one week in advance on site so it made it impossible .. also on level one from the elevator to the restaurant I got lost and even maybe went in location that that were not ment for me .. I would also enjoy a lot if some stronger slippers would be sold in the hotel shop .. the room ones were hard to talk in the hotel .. lastly the usage of card keys to command the elevator would be useful .. I thought they were broken

Excellent stay & wellness and...

Liked: Excellent hotel from the first moment - welcome and checkin, very fast and super nice.Excellent breakfast until 11am.Very nice big wellness incl jacuzzi included, open until 10pm.Comfy bed, good size of the rooms, soundproof!
Disliked: Nothing
