Fantastic Weekend Getaway

Liked: Staff was friendly and room was clean, cool and spacious.
Disliked: No comment here. Everything was great!

Will not stay there again,...

Liked: Could not find a decent breakfast place on property other than the shop & Go. The restaurant café for lunch and dinner was a very friendly and nice atmosphere and the food and service were very good.
Disliked: Horrible front desk customer service. Not helpful at all. And the two managers on duty were the worst. Not helpful or apologetic and when issue was solved (I had to solve it alone and when they were found in fault - not even a simple apology or compensation offered). Also, the swimming pool was closed and the whole place is under construction. That was a bit of an inconvenience.

It was a bit boring.

Liked: The place is clean and the staff is good.
Disliked: It seems outdated with the music playing in the background. Also the band was boring no one was really paying attention. I believe that would make a huge difference if the band is more animated and plays better cover songs like Journey, Motown, Pop Rock etc.
