Liked: Big room, very clean and close to public transport
Disliked: No air conditioning

Very good

Liked: The garden was beautiful, and the building had a pleasant and welcoming appearance. There was also indoor parking, which was quite affordable — a definite plus.
Disliked: There was no internet or signal at all. The staff explained it was due to the storm, which was quite severe. Still, the complete lack of internet is something worth mentioning.

Great hotel

Liked: Rooms and bathrooms were clean, neat and tidy, while beds were very comfortable and best of all was it was quiet and peaceful.We had a fantastic stay and most attractions were just a brisk walk away. Staff were great too
Disliked: No kettle and coffee / tea in bedrooms only the upgraded rooms of which my daughter received one and the only difference was the kettle and coffee / tea - a bit strange

Excellent friendly & helpful staff....

Liked: excellent courteous staffextremely comfortable bedchange of linen on day 3welcome drink and free piece of fruit much appreciatedstored bags for us and lent us an umbrella
Disliked: could have done with a better supply of tea bags, coffee sachets and creamers - had to ask for a top up

Disliked: No airconditioning, expensive additional fees for pets and parking, bathroom and elevators were not in the best technical shape. Overall way too expexpensive for its quality.

Comfortable, lovely and fair.

Liked: The location was lovely, and the hotel was very comfortable. The shower was very good. The art was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The price was perfect, and very fair.
Disliked: The door to our room struggled to open, and needed some force and dexterity. There was no complementary kettle and coffee saches in the room, that ive grown to expect, but that might just be a British thing. I suspect coffee was available at the breakfast, but we did not book it, so that's my fault really.
